有此一說／看豐滿美女 男人如喝酒嗑藥

很多女性一味想讓自己瘦下來，卻不知道真正能讓男性神魂顛倒的，反而是身材凹凸有致的豐滿美女。最新研究指出，「沙漏型」身材的豐滿女性能讓男性感到興奮，效果和喝酒、嗑藥相當。

英國「每日郵報」報導，科學家發現，女性凹凸有致的身材能夠活化男性大腦內和「獎賞」感覺有關的區域，使其產生愉悅感。這解釋了為什麼珍妮佛羅培茲（Jennifer Lopez）和碧昂絲（Beyonce Knowles）之類的流行樂女星常被視為「性感女神」。

研究員先讓14名年齡平均為25歲的男子觀看7名女子的背面裸照，然後讓這些女子進行整形手術，將腰部脂肪分配到臀部，但體重維持不變。

腦部掃瞄顯示，這些男性看了手術之後的女性，腦內和「獎賞」感覺有關的區塊會產生反應，其中包括通常只對藥物及酒精有反應的區域。

科學家說，「沙漏」身材女性比較容易懷孕，生出的小孩也較健康，罹患心臟病的風險較低。這提供了男性會喜歡身材豐滿女子的遺傳學基礎。

喬治亞州葛威納特學院（Georgia Gwinnett College）認知神經演化學家普拉特克（Steven Platek）表示，這些研究發現不只解釋了男性購買「花花公子」（Playboy）之類成人書刊的原因，也有助於進一步了解色情成癮和相關疾病，像是不 看黃色書刊或影片就會有勃起障礙。

他還說，這些發現有助於科學家探討外遇相關議題。

Images of curvaceous women - like Scarlett Johansson, above - set off the reward centers in men's brains, according to a new study.

Men can get the same high from looking at a sexy, curvaceous woman that they do from drugs or alcohol, says a new study. The results may help explain why some men are so preoccupied with pornography, researchers said.

In the study, 14 men, whose average age was 25, were asked to rate how attractive they found photos of the nude derrieres of women before and after they had surgery to enhance their hips. The surgical procedures redistributed the women's weight by putting waist fat onto their butts.

The result: The mens' brain scans showed that viewing the women after surgery actually activated the regions of the brain that are linked with rewards, including the areas associated with responses to alcohol and drugs.

The idea that men seem hardwired to find attractive women rewarding shouldn’t come as a surpise.

"Hugh Hefner could have told us that by showing us how many zeroes are in his bank account," researcher Steven Platek, evolutionary cognitive neuroscientist at Georgia Gwinnett College in Georgia, told LiveScience.

Added Platek, "These findings could help further our understanding of pornography addiction and related disorders such as erectile dysfunction in the absence of pornography."

Men are wired to love women's curves for a reason, says psychotherapist Karol Ward, author of the book "Find Your Inner Voice."

"Curvy looks in a woman mean that she is good at reproduction, and so the man gets the message that this is someone they could procreate with," she explains. "The attraction has a lot to do with fertility."

Fidelity expert Danine Manette says that bigger-hipped women look like they are better at bearing children, and men are subconsciously drawn to them.

"There is something physiological that goes off in men that attracts them to these women," she explains. "It's not something that they are even aware of. But when it comes to pure animal attraction, men go for the women who look like their bodies are built for reproduction."

Platek, who with colleague Devendra Sing, described the findings online in the journal PLoS ONE, also noted that women size up other women "in an effort to determine their relative attractiveness and to maintain mate guarding - or, in other words, keep their mate away from optimally designed females."

澳洲新聞連線出包 鹹濕照搶鏡頭

每個月的第1個星期二是澳洲中央銀行舉行例會的日子，昨天雖然宣布暫時不調漲利率，讓許多升斗小民鬆了口氣，不過最讓人注意的，應該是播報利率新聞時發生的鹹濕照風波。

澳洲電視台「第七頻道」（Seven Network）昨天下午在央行宣布利率維持不變的消息後，立刻在新聞時段與澳洲最大的投資銀行麥夸利銀行（Macquarie Bank）專員進行連線，討論有關利率的話題。

連線現場是在銀行的辦公室，因此對著鏡頭侃侃而談的銀行專員，背後盡是辦公桌、電腦螢幕與工作中的其他銀行員工。

當銀行專員正講得口沫橫飛時，觀眾突然發現銀行專員背後有個員工竟然在電腦上開啟了鹹濕照，而且手指似乎不曾停歇，持續切換了好幾張不同的照片，就在上班時間大方地欣賞起來。一直到連線快結束時，他才發現自己的行為似乎不小心上了鏡頭。

這起事件在澳洲引發極大的討論，7號電視台表示的確接到不少觀眾的電話，抗議普級的新聞裡面怎麼會出現這種照片。

麥夸利銀行除了強調此種行為是「不被公司接受」以外，也表示將處分利用上班時間觀賞鹹濕照的這名員工，並確保相關事件不再發生。

至於鹹濕照的主角，許多媒體和觀眾都指出是澳洲出身的名模米蘭達柯爾（Miranda Kerr），不過米蘭達柯爾對此並未做出回應。許多國外媒體如英國廣播公司新聞網（BBC News）紛紛報導這樁糗事，新聞片段在 Youtube 上的點閱率也一夕暴增。

上班看豔照 網友搶救保住飯碗

澳洲銀行行員大衛‧基里 2 日上班偷看電郵中的「維多利亞秘密」內衣名模米蘭達‧柯爾豔照，意外被電視台現場連線播出，險些被炒魷魚。所幸多國網友發起「搶救大衛大作戰」，連名模本人也聲援，總算讓他保住飯碗。

「麥格里銀行」（Macquarie Bank）5日發表聲明說，「他將繼續作為麥格里的員工。」銀行和這名員工並為此可能造成的任何冒犯道歉。

雪梨麥格里銀行職員基里被逮個正著，廣獲全球網民與觀眾同情。同情者無不認為，基里上班開電郵瀏覽豔照是「人之常情」，任何人都可能遇上這種事。截至 5 日下午，臉書的基里「應援團」人數暴增至 755人。一人寫道：「連我媽都認為你不該被炒魷魚，她是那種對很多事都超嚴格的那種人。」

當時基里後方不遠處，一名同事正接受澳洲第七頻道電視台訪問談利率問題，因是現場連線，基里一舉一動，全成了背景播出。原本，鏡頭中只見基里背影，但無巧不巧，基里回頭，讓電視機前觀眾看到他的真面目，他靦腆朝鏡頭露齒一笑。

這段影片被人放上 YouTube ，並有數萬人點閱，還給「五顆星」評價。因媒體報導銀行正考慮基里的去留問題，網路也立刻回響。在英國商業網站 Here is the City 4 日晚鼓吹下，澳洲、日本、英國、德國、義大利、加拿大、中國、美國均有媒體替基里請願。對基里感到歉疚的澳洲名模柯爾在雪梨告訴記者，若有人找她聯署，她一定簽名。柯爾是好萊塢影星奧蘭多布魯的女友。

銀行這兩天加緊追查基里豔照電子郵件的寄件者、寄件時間，了解是否有人惡整、陷害基里。畫面中，基里將沈悶的金融數字畫面換成電子郵件網頁，接著跳出性感撩人的柯爾。根據敵台第十頻道，其中一則郵件寫著：「現在請轉頭！」

Trader Caught Looking at Topless Pictures on Camera Suspended

David Keily, the Australian broker whose ogling of a Miranda Kerr topless photo shoot was captured on camera by a local news station and distributed via the Internet to basically the entire world yesterday, has been scolded and is apparently being investigated by his employers at Sydney's Macquarie Private Wealth. We'd say this is unfair, except it's obviously the guy's fault, as clearly he was unable to come up with a stirring speech about how In These Times one needs all of the encouragement one can possibly get, and after all Miranda Kerr is Australian, so therefore it is practically a patriotic act, and really if you can't talk your way out of something like this than do you have any business working in finance, anyway? Macquarie Bank says trader will not lose job over near-nude photos

The Macquarie Bank trader who gained worldwide notoriety when he was caught out viewing racy pictures in the background during a TV interview will keep his job, the bank said today.

A banal interview about Australia's interest rates on the 7 News channel became a worldwide viral hit when David Kiely returned to his desk while cameras were rolling and opened a computer file containing revealing photos of supermodel Miranda Kerr.

Kiely clicked through various scantily clad Kerr poses, unaware that behind his shoulder Macquarie's private wealth adviser, Martin Lakos, was being interviewed.

Macquarie said that Kiely, the subject of a "Save Dave" web campaign, had been spared the chop despite appearing to breach company policy on the use of computers.

"He will remain an employee of Macquarie," the bank said in a statement. "Macquarie and the employee apologise for any offence that may have been caused."

The 26-year-old Kerr, who is engaged to British film star Orlando Bloom, reportedly gave Kiely her backing too, saying that she was willing to jump on the "Save Dave" bandwagon. "I am told there is a petition to save his job, and of course I would sign it," Kerr said in a news.com.au report.
